This is an amazing tool that allows you to create your own blog template. That is not a blog - but the template or design on which to base your blog. You can use menu tabs to select the different aspects of your blog, from columns to colours, headers to widgets. Get your blog looking the way you want without buying a theme. Not valid for wordpress blogs at the time of writing.
